Recovering. That is what I will be doing all weekend. I kicked my own a$* doing this Minka Kelly interval training, and now I think my body is in utter complete shock. Six miles of running is a lot to handle for the very little cardio my body rejects. I can hardly walk or pull myself out of bed with out a wince. But I keep reminding myself, no pain, no gain. Hope you all have a wonderful weekend.
