Black and White


We’re 13 days into 2014, and I can proudly say that I have accomplished one of my resolutions for the New Year:  to not eat meat for 10 straight days.  And I did it!!  I have to say, it was a lot easier than I expected - choosing fish over meat and substituting more greens over chicken.  And it helped to have the Hubs' support along this short journey.   Even after the fact, I am still hesitant to go back on my diet as a carnivore.  This diet has made me have more energy - probably less processing of foods - and a flatter stomach (bonus points!).  So I may push myself beyond my goals and see if I can go longer than anticipated.  

In case you are wondering what my black and white inspiration has to do with my diet - nothing! The two are completely irrelevant!!
